It is the dealer that I applied to transfer my line to vodafone and forced me to pay another invoice due to the fact that my line could not be transferred because they forgot to write my number on the required documents.

I applied to move my line. They entered the sim card code they gave me incorrectly into the system, and because my line was closed, I will be out of touch for a week because of the weekend ban.
