Saatlerce dakikandan harcanır ama bir türlü derdini anlatacak muhatap bulamazsın. Ama internet bağlatacağım diye ararsın ne garip ki, daha önce sır olan müşteri hizmetleri anında size döner. Bu gsm şirketleri üç aşağı beş yukarı aynı. Hele bir anlaşmanı imzala, taahhüt süren dolmadan ancak ölünce kurtulursun. Taşınma, vb durumlarda asla bırakamazsın.
I'm worried about the Vodaphone itself, not this pocket center. If you have a problem, you can never reach customer service. Hours and minutes are wasted, but you can never find an addressee to tell you about your problem. But you call me to connect to the internet, strangely enough, the previously secret customer service returns to you instantly. These gsm companies are more or less the same. Especially if you sign an agreement, you can only survive when the commitment period expires. You can never quit in case of moving, etc.
