Вместо того, чтобы ввести данные в базу, продавец придумала на ходу правила, что мне нужно обращаться в тот офис, в котором была куплена СИМ-карта.
В месте покупки сим-карты мне объяснили, что не могу мне помочь, так как это точка экспресс-продажи. И полномочий нет, отправили в другой офис.
Вывод: экономьте своё время, мало ли в чем ещё не компетентны сотрудники.
