 The sales representative is good, but the system is ridiculous. You order from the internet, you pay the installation fee, so there is no advantage to go to the store. Do your shopping on the website yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivence den alışveriş yapmak istiyorum.4 adet üçlü yataklı koltuk. Sepete bile attım sadece ödeme kaldı. Sanalda alışveriş ten memnun olmayan şikayetler var. Geç kargo, ayıplı mal, eksik parça satış sonrası hizmet gibi.Fakat çok kararsızım.
I want to shop from Vivence. 4 triple sofa beds. I even put it in the cart, only the payment remained. There are complaints that are not satisfied with online shopping. Such as late shipping, defective goods, missing parts, after-sales service. But I am very undecided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yemek odası takımı aldım masa ve konsol hasarlı geldi ve eksik parçalar vardı. Hasarlı Ürünler için 1.5 ay bekledim. Bu sürenin sonunda hala eksik parçalar var daha da bekliyorum. Söyledikleri tarih asla tutmuyor.
I bought the dining room set, the table and console came damaged and there were missing parts. I waited 1.5 months for Damaged Products. At the end of this period, there are still missing parts, I'm waiting even more. They never keep the date they say.
