The quality of service and the delivery of the product to you are damaged and late. On top of that, they are cheating you. They spent more than 133 liras. It's haram. Every product that comes is damaged. Do not shop here. None of the employees were helpful.

We used to think that Vivense was an internet store, but it turned out that they also had a store. No more buying furniture without stopping by here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Düğün hazırlıkları içerisinde olduğumu belirtmeme ve bir buçuk ay önceden ürünleri almama rağmen malzemeleri 3 günüm kalmasına rağmen tamamlanmadı ürünler eksik geldi. Allah'tan mesleğim mobilya olduğu için eksikleri tamamlayıp kurulumumu ve eksik parça tedariğimi kendim yaptım. Showroom daki personel ve montaj ekibi çok iyi gerisi beş para etmez
Although I stated that I was in the wedding preparations and bought the products a month and a half in advance, the materials were not completed even though I had 3 days left and the products were missing. Thank God, since my profession is furniture, I completed the deficiencies and did my own installation and supply of missing parts. The staff and assembly team in the showroom are very good, the rest is worthless

A great place. Their staff is even more wonderful. They are very caring and very knowledgeable in their field. It has trained employees in every aspect, from the promotion of products to the use of body language. I will always continue to shop from vivense.
