It is tried to get quality cheap. Of course, do not expect a completely MDF product. But Class 1 material is used. I especially liked this team very much :)

Staff are extremely disinterested and sullen. They look as if to say why did you come when they enter the door. Even if I am going to buy a product, I go and buy it from the store just because of the employee's attitude.

I bought an Esse model L seat from here. Store employees were extremely interested and tried to be helpful enough. Since they are a corporate company, their communication with the customer and their sales support are reasonable enough. We didn't have any problems with the service either. The L seat is quite affordable compared to the market. Modern and high quality in design.
