From the quality of the sponge to the color, he was very patient and obviously very helpful in every aspect. Our delivery would be earlier than I expected, but they were also helpful when I asked for it to be delayed as there was no suitable time frame for us. My products will be waiting in the warehouse right now :) Yes, there may be minor problems during installation, but I am sure that all of them will be solved very well when I reach Mr. I think there is no problem that cannot be solved with communication, by moving away from the understanding that we are always right because we are customers and forgetting that those in front of us are also human beings. The product quality is already low as expected, but there is money to be made in the end. The assembly team is not very competent anyway, they also have the bedroom and living room removed on the 4th floor, as if they were escaping the elevator money and oppressing people. Both the goods and the employees wear out, resulting in a bad job. Gökselin and the store employees are supposedly very elite during the sale, but for some reason they always talk about the system error in the problems experienced.

Unfortunately, I bought most of the furniture for my house from vivense. All items arrived much later than the delivery date. The company, which said that the staff could not remove the seat, sold the elevator, and that we are paying it, collected the money for the elevator from us. Missing wrong and broken parts were found in all products. Deliveries of missing items took months. The dining table broke while eating. We suffered material damage, moreover, they did not take back the table with its scratched legs and broken legs. They sent console legs instead of table legs. I will take legal action only because of this poor quality service and unethical behavior towards the customer.
