★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar bilgili ve ilgili mağaza gayet güzel. Tek kötü yani teslimat için bir, birbuçuk ay sonraya gün veriyorlar. Bu yüzden başka bir mağazadan alışveriş yapmak zorunda kaldım.
 Staff knowledgeable and relevant store is fine. The only bad thing is that they give a day to a month and a half for delivery. So I had to shop at another store.

Üretim ve model hatası olmasına rağmen ücretli destek sunuyorlar. Vaktin varsa git hakem heyetinde uğraş mantığı var yani. Ufak tefek ürünler için iyi ama ürün büyüdükçe ve sorun çıkma durumunda umduğunuz destek sunulmuyor.
The carpet cover is beautiful, I am very satisfied. The puffs were nicer in the past, we saw a decrease in quality in the same model in the next period. The desk was beautiful. Wardrobes are messy. They offer paid support even though there are manufacturing and model errors. If you have time, go to the arbitration committee, so there is a logic to deal with. It's fine for small items, but as the product grows and problems arise, it doesn't offer the support you hoped for.

They did not send 4 screws of the faulty product for 1 month. Stay away. If there is a problem after the sale, no one cares.
