★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der letzt Schrott. Aufbau durch unfreundliches Personal ist Katastrophal und Inklusive. Sie liefern andere Ware und behaupen das es auf den Fotos anderst ausschaut bezgl. Beleuchtung usw. Die Möbel sind Ramsch. Bestellt lieber bei Ikea Ankara und lasst es liefern. dauert 2-3 Tage und ihr wisst was ihr habt. Wer aber zu der Art Leuten gehört der ohne zögern früh um 5Uhr in der Dorfdisco die nach Zigaretten,RedBull und Diabetes stinkende fette mit nach Hause nehmen würde für den ist das hier ganz richtig. ( Der Vergleich ist geklaut ich fand den aber ganz passend).

There have not been many such personnel for the perfect brand like Vivense. I wish you had a little more moderate, calm and friendly staff.

Vivense'den 3lu vestiyer takımı aldım. Her şeyi eksik geldi.
Muhatap yok insanı erteleyip duruyorlar.
Aynı siparişte çok amaçlı 5 kapaklı dolapta sipariş ettim. Oda yanlış yerlerden delinmiş. Kurulum kılavuzu yok. Müşteri hizmetlerini arıyoruz biz bir şey yapamayız elimizde olan bir durum değil diyor. Kargoları var bugün geleceğiz diyor ertesi güne kadar gelen giden yok. Arıyoruz kargolarını araçlar yoğundu gelmedi diyor.
Every product purchased from Vivense is of poor quality. I bought 3 products and regret all three. Absolutely do not make such a mistake. Do not go and shop there.
I bought 3 cloakroom sets from Vivense. Everything was missing.
There is no contact, they keep delaying people.
I ordered a multi-purpose 5-door cabinet in the same order. The room was drilled in the wrong places. There is no installation guide. We call customer service, they say we can't do anything, it's not in our hands. They have cargo, they say they will come today, no one arrives until the next day. We are looking for their cargo, it says the vehicles were busy, they did not come.

I bought a product and the delivery date was February 02-07. It was delivered on February 14, a small product shouldn't have been this hard and if you had bothered to put the user's manual in the box.
