★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vitra genel anlamda biraz karışık. Conta gurubu hariç sanırım bütün parçalar spariş üzeri alınıyor ve yaklaşık iki hafta bekleme süresi oluşuyor. Ama servis çalışanları oldukça samimi ve yardım sever. Teşekkür ediyorum.
Vitra is a bit complicated in general. Except for the gasket group, I think all parts are taken over the order and a waiting period of about two weeks occurs. But the service staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Maybe the service manager doesn't want to make money, but he managed to make a small process difficult and not befitting to arteme. If you want to be disgraced with your money, go ahead. If not, remember that there is an alternative.
