I went to the Vitra products dealer RH Design Project store on Friday, June 20, 2018, at 18:00 in Ankara Bağlıca, in order to furnish the kitchen, corridor and hall of my house with Vitra brand porcelain floor tiles, which I know is a company that attaches importance to quality and customer satisfaction. Together with my friend, we liked two kinds of 90 * 90 floor tiles. We decided on one. The sales manager of the store, Mrs. Başak, checked the stocks and declared that there was approximately 150 M2, and agreed with 42 TL + VAT per square meter, and made the payment of the 42 M2 product with one credit card. We left the store with my friend after being told that the product would be delivered until 14:00 the next day. The next day, at around 09.30, I called by phone and learned from the store sales manager that the entire product we paid for was bought by another customer directly from the warehouse at 17.00 the day before, so another product that was sold to me was not available. Since I hired daily workers to lay tile stones in my house, I did not have time to go to another dealer, so I went to the store in question and asked for the other products we had originally decided on. They were brought to my newly bought house, which is about 1.5 km from the store, from the warehouse and accepted the delivery upon my insistence. The product was delivered to me, but I went to the store with my friend and declared that I wanted to return it after about 2 hours, as the product was not satisfied when it was delivered. The owner or manager of the store, whose name I do not know, will not be able to receive the product, they will not be able to make a refund, even if they do, there is a bank commission (by calling a staff on the bank and directing him in this direction) (approximately 45 TL), that the fee will be cut for the transportation by the vehicle, He expressed firmly that he would not take it back. When my friend next to me was a retired bank manager and gave information about the commission, he made impolite statements by putting him in a liar state with a harsh manner: "If you are also a bank manager, I don't know my name." Finally, he told the staff who brought the supplies to the vehicle to get the supplies back. However, he said that the bank commission will be deducted from the fee I paid, the vehicle transfer fee will be cut, and as I learned later, the products with torn boxes will not be returned and my money will be refunded accordingly. The product has been received from my home, one box is missing. 150 TL shipping, 121 TL of tiles (some of the tiles I sent were not refunded), 44 TL for porter (against a bank commission although I carried it to someone else), a total of 315 TL was cut and the remaining part was returned to my credit card. I know which brand in Turkey and exported to many countries in the world Eczacibasi Holding and VİTRA to face the discourteous attitude and behavior unbecoming to the brand of store owner was not very nice.
