Ayrıca residence sakinlerine ait ortak alan kullanımını hiç hesaba katmamışlar, ticari düşünüp her yandan iş yeri, ticarethaneye boğmuşlar. Oturanlar sadece asansörden başlayarak kendi kartlarına/hanelerine hapsolmuş! Sosyal alan, yeşil alan, kişisel vakit geçirilebilir bir yer yok. Gerçi haklarını yemeyelim otopark var! ? ?
