★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff, there were no driver waiting for us at the airport, we had to call us. They pretended that opodo didn't send us the informations, that they were not waiting for us. They said that even tho, this was not refundable. We had to wait for 50 minutes to get our shuttle with a rude staff member who kept telling that he didn't care. Not professional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company sent driver to the wrong hotel only after 5 calls and 45 minutes did they confirm they were at wrong hotel. They then informed me to get a taxi! We made the flight with 5 mins to go. They are not willing to refund the additional cost of the taxi. A truly dreadful service. They will not even respond to my emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice car and service apart from the fact that they don’t write your name on a paper at the airport!!! So you have to know the company you have booked with is Viper. I booked through hoppa so wasn’t clear who the company was and I walked past the sign 4 times before I checked my booking in detail to find the name of the sub- company. Please put names on boards!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found Viper to be a very good service. They collected us from the airport upon arrival and took us back to the airport. They where a bit difficult to locate at the airport but once found they where prompt and courteous.
On the return journey the driver even helped me with my bags from the apartment all 9 of them. We will almost certainly be using them again Insha Allah.

The first gentleman we spoke to helped me find an atm and withdraw money.
The second gentleman that drove us was Yaqub, very polite and friendly man. We enjoyed speaking to him, and he gave us advice on Istanbul.
Great service would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst airport pickup experience ever. My partner went to the designated meeting sign and no one greeted him. I went over and waited a few minutes to have a guy finally come over and tell us to come around and wait. He made us wait outside the airport for 30 minutes, on his phone ignoring us or getting other customers their cars. Every time we asked him where our car was he said he didn’t know. I told him I wasn’t happy with pre booking a car and waiting for 30 minutes to be ignored and he shrugged it off and did not apologise. Do not use. We ended up walking away and getting a taxi in 5 minutes.
