Hiçbir şekilde sorun cozmuyorlar.. 3 gün diyorlar 15 gün geçiyor hala da 2_3 gün sonra ya atiyolar.. oda meçhul... Kısacası uzak durulmasi gereken bir servis.. D-smart için her şeyi hazır canagima sinyal bulmaları için gelecekler ama 3 gündür ne gelen var ne de ulaşabildim. Bir de "Halen tüm temsilcilerimiz meşguldür. Lütfen hatta kalınız. İlk müsait temsilci sizi yanıtlayacaktır." diye abuk bir ses kaydı koymuşlar...? They called by phone. I'm looking but impossible to reach company ? Everything is ready for D-smart. Also, "All of our agents are busy at the moment. Please stay on the line. The first available agent will answer you." they put in a crazy sound recording...?

Bizim denk geldiğimiz kişi işimizi halletmiş olsa da, D Smart ın genel olarak uzak durulması gereken bir hizmet olduğunu da belirteyim. İade etmememiz için pazar günü bile 5 defa arıyorlar, müşteriye saygıları sıfır, sadece parasınız gözlerinde. Kendilerine bir çeki düzen vermeleri gereklidir. I would like to thank them for doing our return process quickly and working with people who do the job quickly, instead of non-working employees like Bursa Fethiye D smart dealer Binoğlu Elektronik. Even though the person we came across got our job done, let me also state that D Smart is a service that should be avoided in general.
