A	Asya Gözeller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dün itibari ile villa Zümrüt CİNQUE 5 deki 1 haftalık tatilimizden döndük.. düşünenlere yardımcı olması dileği ile yorumlarımızı paylaşıyorum (biz üç aile gittik ortak yorumlarımız).. bizim kaldığımız villa aynı şahsa ait fakat büyüklükleri farklı Yanyana 5 villadan en büyük olanı idi.. villa sahipleri İstanbul’da yaşıyormuş orada bir çalışan ilgileniyor villalarla..bizim kaldığımız villada 1- genel olarak temizlik bir facia idi.. güya biz gelmeden temizlenmiş villada mutfaktaki yemek masasının altında marul parçaları ve döküntüler duruyordu.. anlaşılan süpürge bile tutulmamıştı..evin geneli için aynı pislik seviyesi devam ediyordu.. koltukların her tarafı kir ve leke içindeydi ki kılıflarına özellikle baktım fermuarlı yıkanabilir klıflardı.. 2-havuz suyunun filtrelendipinden bile şüphe duyduk.. gittiğimizin 3. Günü su gömük gibi bir hal alınca görevli bir zahmet gelip klorladı.. suyun bulanmasının nedeninin de sürdüğümüz güneş kremi olduğunu söyledi bizi çocuk sandı herhalde klorla güneş kremi etkilenirmiş.. öyle açıklamada bulundu.. neyse bakım yapılınca su temizlendi.. 3-havlular ve çarşaflar leke içinde gayet pisti.. gittiğimizin ertesi günü bunları söküp Yıkama ihtiyacı hissettik.. çarşafları çıkarınca gördük ki yatak alezlerinin hemen hepsi idrar lekesi ile lekeli.. kan vs lekeler de vardı.. zaten gayet kötü kokuyorlardı.. evde çalışan tek çamaşır makinası Nuh nebiden kalma bir makina olduğu için ve (5 kg lık en kısa 60 derece Yıkama programı 3 saat süren bir makina) akşama bazı çarşaf ve alezler kurumadığı için iki kişilik yatakta balık istifi yatmak zorunda kaldık( bu arada yıkanınca lekeler çıktı) 4- çamaşırları yıkamak bir zulümse kurutmak ayrı zulüm oldu.. 11 kişilik villada sadece bir adet çamaşır kurutmalık vardı onun da tellerinin yarısı kopmuştu toplam küf içinde 7-8 tel ile hizmet vermesi bekleniyordu.. balkon demirlerine asmak zorunda kaldık ama sanırım demirler tüm yaz boyunca bir kez bile silinmemişler sadece demirleri temizlemek için bir saate yakın uğraştım.. 5- evdeki elektrikli aletlerin hemen hepsi problemli idi.. 3 buzdolabından biri hiç çalışmıyor biri az soğutuyor biri de her şeyi donduruyordu.. 3 katlı koca evde sadece 2 tv vardı ve onun da biri çalışmıyordu.. koca evde 5 kg lık bir çamaşır makinası vardı.. gittiğimiz gün ilgilenen arkadaş aşağıdaki 2. Makinada elektrik kaçağı olduğunu çıkan misafirlerin son gün söylediği için Henüz yapılmadığını ama biz orada ilken yapılacağını söyledi.. tabiki gelen giden kimse olmadı.. sonra kapıdan çıkarken karşılaştığımız yan villaya temizlik için gelen bayandan aylardır makinanın bozuk olduğunu ve herkese aynı yalan ile yaptırılmadığını öğrendik.. 6- banyolar pislik içinde ve kötü kokulu idi.. genel olarak zaten evde (rutubetli bir alan görünmese de ) rutubet kokusu hissediliyordu.. 7-çıkacağımız gün evde kaldığımız sürede kırılan plastik çöp kutusunun kapağı için ( o kadar adi ve uyduruk bir kutu idi ki çok da zorlamadan kırılıverdi) 150 TL depozitodan kesti arkadaş.. şu kıytırık çöp kutusu için 150 TL mi istiyorsun diye hayretle sorunca burası turistik bölge herşey pahalı burada gibi absürt bir açıklama yaptı.. kutu taş çatlasın 40-50 TL eder düşüncesindeyim.. sinirden ver o zaman kırık kutuyu diyecektim ama o pis şeyi arabaya koymak istemedim 8- sonuç olarak 1 haftalık tatilimiz rezil bir hizmet anlayışı yüzünden heba oldu.. değilse evin manzarası konumu vs güzeldi ama bir daha asla dedik hepimiz.. not: yorumlarımı villayı kiralayan villa durağı isimli şirkete de ilettim.. sonuçta onların markası altında verilen bu kötü hizmet imajlarını zedeleme ihtimalini içeriyor.. ilgileneceklerini umuyorum As of yesterday, we returned from our 1-week holiday at villa Zümrüt CİNQUE 5 .. I wish to help those who think (we were three families, our common comments) .. The villa we stayed in belonged to the same person, but it was the largest of the 5 villas with different sizes. The villa owners were living in Istanbul and an employee there deals with the villas. 1- In general, cleaning was a disaster .. supposedly there were lettuce and debris under the dining table in the kitchen in the villa which was cleaned before we arrived .. apparently even the broom was not kept .. the same level of dirt was maintained for the whole house. I especially looked at the covers were washable covers with zipper .. 2-We even doubted that the pool water was filtered .. When the water became buried on the 3rd day of our visit, the officer came and chlorinated it. He said that the reason for the clouding of the water was the sunscreen we were wearing. Anyway, the water was cleared when the maintenance was done .. 3-towels and sheets were very dirty. The next day we removed them and felt the need to wash. When we removed the sheets, we saw that almost all of the bed mattresses were stained with urine stains .. there were also blood etc. stains .. already smelling very bad. Since the only washing machine was a machine from Noah's day (a machine with the shortest 60 degrees washing program of 5 kg) and some sheets and undersheets did not dry in the evening, we had to lay a pile of fish in a double bed (by the way, stains appeared) 4- Washing the laundry was a cruelty, drying was a separate cruelty .. There was only one laundry drying rack in the 11-person villa, half of its wires were broken, it was expected to serve with 7-8 wires in total mold .. we had to hang it on the balcony iron bars but I think the iron was they haven't been deleted even once, I just took an hour to clean the iron .. 5- Almost all of the electrical appliances in the house were problematic .. One of the 3 refrigerators was not working at all, one was cooling less and the other was freezing. There was only 2 TVs in the 3-storey big house and one of them was not working .. The big house had a washing machine of 5 kg. .. the friend who is interested in the day we went to the second machine below said that there was an electrical leakage on the last day because it has not been done yet, but we will be there for the first time .. of course, there was no one coming and going ... and we learned that not everyone is made with the same lie .. 6- The bathrooms were dirty and smelly. In general, the damp smell was felt at home (although a damp area was not visible). 7-On the day we leave, he cut from 150 TL for the cover of the plastic garbage box that was broken during the time we stayed at home (it was such an ordinary and inaccurate box that it broke without force) friend. Everything is expensive, he made an absurd statement like here .. let the stone crack, I think it will cost 40-50 TL .. give me anger then I would say the broken box but I did not want to put that dirty thing in the car 8- As a result, our 1-week vacation was wasted because of a disgraceful understanding of service .. if not, the view of the house was nice, but we never said it again .. note: I also forwarded my comments to the company called villa stop that rented the villa .. as a result, this bad service under their brand includes the possibility of damaging their image .. I hope they will be interested
u	umut mavi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harika bir manzara sessiz sakin; mahremiyeti çok güzel ;kalkan merkeze yakın ama daha yüksekte merkezden serin ve daha yeşil. A wonderful view quiet calm; Its privacy is very nice; Kalkan is closer to the center but higher than the center it is cooler and greener.
