★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-stop music till 11pm that is loudly hear in the rooms, food was prison grade made to look presentable, mixed drinks where aweful, mainly do to poor repices and ingredients. From desk staff seem to get angry when the one taxi they sent for could not fit the 8 of us. Pool bar only had a worker there 1/3rd the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice hotel, very clean. Staff is usualy friendly, but only a few speak english (not acceptable for a 5 star hotel). All the activities close at about 11pm, so if you want to have fun, you have to get out of the resort. The beach is very close to the hotel, via a tunnel, you can reach it in 3-4 minutes by walking. Some furniture in the hotel is pretty degraded (from swimming pool toilet, beach restaurant). All in all, a nice experience, more relevant to families with kids rather than the young crowd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is clearly 5 star, the entertainments team excellent and room service and food quality very good.. so why drop 1 star? The area is terrible. In need of a good wash The outside pool and slides were shut. Yes it's not hot this time of year however the choice should be ours and it was one of the main reasons for booking this resort. We wont be returning as better for less in many other places - that's better taking the whole into consideration as, as I have said, the hotel is great just in the wrong place. Staff are good and attentive however we, unlike some others, treat them as people not as servants. Some guests do need direction on how to behave to others. #employeesarenotslavesto youreverywhim

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. The food is excellent with a wide variety of choices. Good selection of drinks available. Pools were all well looked after with plenty of seating available. The children's disco was got and very engaging for the children. My family has already booked to come back over Christmas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircon in 2 rooms broken.... pumps in toilet keeping you up at night..... strange electronic things happening like a sensor for light going on and off the whole night.... very professional and nice staff. The hotel has character....and i mean... for that budget it was nice....but too be fair....the food was almost horrible but they had many choices so....anyway there is a tourist guy close by the hotel called stefan....he is a gipsy he ripped us off lied that we were going on a fishing trip... it wasnt...well.... anyway.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a whole week and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Availed the all-inclusive package here and it was all worth it - there was a pick-up service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, the buffet was from breakfast to dinner and they also have twice a day snack at the patisserie. If you don't feel like going to the buffet area, you can also just ask them to bring you food in your room - it was so comfortable! Plus, there's easy access to the beach.
