I definitely do not recommend this residence because of one of the owners. She was really rude to us. We accidentally sat on one chair that she owned and she suddenly started yelling at us. She disturbed our whole enjoyment.

Be careful.! This is not a joke. This a real review. I reserved one of their villa on booking.com I checked in on June 8. 2019 No proper reception. No customer support. No customer service. I even tried to call property number given on booking.com to ask opening safe box with no luck to reach answer. i relaxed on bed after long trip to find insects and spider on bed. I was lucky to be able to kill one before bitting me. I can't believe booking.com put this type of aaccommodation on their booking list. be careful and dont believe every information displayed on booking websites without proper verification. pictures talk

The villa itself is nice but its location is very far from DownTown. The swimming pool was very small and poorly maintained. The kids scratched their feet with the sharp edges of the stairs and the falling pieces of mosaic. The WiFi was close to nonexistent and when we asked them to work on it their answer was "we have poor infrastructure" . We were promised that the cleaning lady will come once during our 7 nights stay, but she never cleaned. When the living room AC started dripping water and we requested to fix it ,it took them 2 days to send someone. We requested a baby crib that came on our fifth night smelling like vomit. The last day of our stay the pool was Out Of Service due to some problem , so we had to leave the villa all day in the heat with the kids to try and entertain them... It was crappy... Over All I wouldn't recommend this villa to anyone...

Good accommodation with large pool and spacious gardens. One star off for the couple of steep steps (troublesome if you have walking difficulties or pushing a pram) and no children's pool. I'd definitely come back and would highly recommend

The villa is a semi detached property. To check in, I had to call the host on their Turkish phone and arrange to meet them. They only accepted payment in CASH. First thoughts about this place was, "what have I got myself into". This impression was brought on by the overgrown weeds outside the property. Photos of the villa looked good but upon arriving here, I felt a little deflated about my decision to book this. The property looked dirty and the furniture dated. Upon closer inspection, the property wasn't dirty but the choice of furnishings didn't help. Aging yellow furniture against cream walls gave the property a musty look. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. I don't recommend anyone actually sleep on it. Internet is unreliable but in defence of villa mare, I haven't really had much success with WiFi in Turkey so far and I've stayed in 4 hotels on this trip alone. On the plus side, The property does have reliable hot water and plenty of towels. The property had a washing machine, fridge, microwave (needs a thorough clean) and an iron with ironing board. The swimming pool, although in need of some TLC was large and fun to use. In the deep end the depth is around 1.7m. You get around 3 deck chairs for the property. The price was cheap and the host, Nur, was helpful. If it was just down to the host, I would give the listing 5 stars but people are going to pay money to stay here so I should be honest in my review. I would recommend the host do the following to get 5 stars: 1. Cut the grass and keep it neat. 2. Fix the damp spots on the walls and paint the property where necessary. 3. Fix the wallpaper coming off in the bedroom with the 2 single beds. 4. Accept payment by card. 5. Renew the furniture in the property or paint it a different colour 6. Thoroughly clean the kitchen cupboard and appliances, especially the microwave. Date of review: 15th July 2019
