★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Jewel in the Crown of Kusadasi. Fantastic little Villa with lovely rooms, great little swimming pool and excellent service including afternoon biscuits and coffee/tea. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh omletttes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel in Kusadasi for personal service, Halil and Keziban and Baris look after you. One of the main attractions is the 5pm tea.....Everyone is invited to have tea and cakes....no extra charge. A great way to meet and make new friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the place is nice and all, the AC works great in the rooms,but down the lobby it’s super hot, no AC whatsoever, the fans don’t work. but other than that it’s a great place with a great position, everything in near and close to you. Not all the staff are nice. Unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Konak looked really pretty when you enter. Once you enter the room, it looks clean and tidy but my pet peeve is always the cleanliness of the washrooms. There toilet was dirty and so was the floor. The Ac was in a tiny room and not in the bedroom which defeated the purpose although there was a fan in the room but it was still extremely hot.
I couldn't even leave the ac on when I went to grab food for the room to cool down as the power to the room is cut once you remove the keys from the slot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A classical Turkish guesthouse with a beautiful vintage Architecture. If you love to be surrounded by wood and trees, this is your place! Landlord speaks at least five languages and rooms were spacey and clean!
