The view of Villa Galatan we stayed in was good. However, we had some technical problems with water. The staff who cleaned the pool daily were nasty and rude. Moreover, they received an extra 300 TL cleaning fee upfront. It is clear that Villa Extra has no goal of customer satisfaction.

This house is somewhere beyond Kalkan, past Yeşilköy. There are greenhouses 500-600 meters ahead. Villa Extra seems to be a reasonable site as a company, as a website, and there seems to be no problem in that regard. I told them what I wrote on the phone and I hope they do the needful. Because after talking on the phone, not even one person called and said anything. Let me give you some information that the people who will rent this VILLA ÖNDER must know, so that I have done my civic duty. Let's call even 1 of these a lie! : 1-There are graves about 3 meters next to the house, which I have attached the photo of. These tombs correspond to right next to your lower bedroom. I don't know if you will be disturbed, I was disturbed and of course I did not tell anyone. 1-Due to the environment, I saw a large lizard, a big spider, etc. in the garden. For your information. Ok, it's a natural environment, but I guess nobody wants to live with these at the dinner table. 2-The host greeted us at the villa, not at the meeting point, and with a cigarette in his hand, he didn't put it out, went into the house without even describing it. Coming to your family, what is this attitude? If he had met me at the meeting point with a cigarette, maybe I wouldn't have followed him! 3-We understood that the house walls were not cleaned due to spider webs or something was done. 4-The laundry is broken. 5-I don't know if all villas are like this, but anyone can enter the garden because the outside door is open. 6-The most important item: The house is almost in a natural pit. It is very difficult to find traces of humans around. Very, very deserted. This is incredibly disturbing. It is very difficult to sleep at night because of the anxiety. It looks a bit like this when you look at the map before you go, but when you get there, you can understand it as you go downhill from the rough surface. If you want no one to find me, the decision is yours. There is no place where you can walk to the right, left and back of the house, and you can only reach the asphalt by going uphill with a car in front of it. 7-I called the landlord in the evening, he did not pick up and did not return. 8-Villa Extra did not call once and ask if you have settled in, due to customer satisfaction! 9-They say that if the cleaning was not done and the furniture was broken, you should call the owner of the villa! Well, the biggest problem is that he didn't do it even though he was promised from the beginning, isn't it? What should I do with the procedures after the peace is gone? 10-The key does not lock the interior door, we have to use the upper lock. 11-My general advice to you is that no matter where you rent it, don't go and buy a house without seeing it with your own eyes or having someone photographed it.
