The anchor of the villa we kept was broken while entering the pool and the seams of the boards by the pool were loosened. We had to wait 1 hour for hot water. For those coming from abroad: 99% of the sheltered villas are on the top of the mountain. You climb the mountain for 15 minutes by car. None of this is an insoluble problem. The consultant told us that all problems can be solved within 1 day. He even refunded the money for 2 days. However, we thank you for your attitude and at least a little understanding. We especially thank the owner of the villa for understanding. But if you come for your honeymoon and you pay 11,900 liras, you don't want to face any of these problems. Moreover, my 7500 lira burned. I was not satisfied.

I rented a villa for a week in the first week of June 2021 from the villa consultant, according to other agencies, they can call us at any hour and say you can convey your problems in any way, the people who market the villa, after the villa is hired. In short, after receiving the money in advance, when there was a problem with the villa, they did not answer our call and did not even give a return (Mr. Müslüm), I do not recommend the villa consultant to you, but I am extremely satisfied with the owner of the villa named villa nazar.

We stayed at Villa Ada 1 between 12-18 June. The villa's 2 cabinets in the kitchen and from inside the dishwasher to the sink drain were full of insects. Yes, bugs are normal in places that are intertwined with nature, but there was this problem intensely in certain places in the house where we stayed. When we contacted the villa consultant Müslüm, he also stated that this situation is not normal and that spraying should be done. We could not enter the villa between 09:00 - 17:30 because of the pesticide application. While the reason we rented a villa was to spend time comfortably during the pandemic, one day was wasted because of the authorities. Moreover, when we came to the villa, we saw that the villa was not sprayed. When we explained the situation to the officials, we came home and heard a ridiculous comment: "Yes, it is really not medicated, why is it like that". They never solve the problem. Another issue is that you can never reach Mr. Müslüm when you have a problem. He states that you can reach him until 3 am while receiving the payment, but it is absolutely not true. If you want to be disgraced with your money, you are at the right address.
