★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use this service. It's absolutely disaster. Unfriendly staff do their best to refuse your application. It's a waste of time and real headache believe me. Better choose VFS Global in Izmir it's another planet. Goog luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service. They doesn't work. We spent the whole day to come here from another city. But their office is closed. How do council work with vfs? They provide such a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't happy to have bee charged for a hefty amount for UPS courrier to deliver my passport to my home, although it was agreed that I pick the passport myself. it was a ripoff. This is a Monopoly that should be broken. Other companies should be allowed to compete with VFS...so hopefully VFS will start respectings it's customers and not rip them off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been helpful and explained what is required and what's missing and what's the most important we got the visa in less than 5 working days.
Also during our visit they helped to communicate tricky case regarding my daughter with the consulate and made an urgent appointment for us.
So at the end all went well.
