★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the visa but i got it becuase the embassy has all my need. Visa are lair told me that embassy needs the contract and letter from my company which is not true because I had an email from embassy said vfs needed to complete file.
The stuff there where one supervisor need to have training to how behaviour with client like me.eas very rude .
If other things they all of them should have english courses because 15 of 1 Is speaking .by the way we are not refugees to treat us like this.
And thanks god that vfs is not country.
I hope soon or later they lose tender for such contact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every your step in this organisation is a money. But stuff is are unprofessional,they don’t know which documents you are exactly need for applying a visa. So if you have chance to apply for visa in embassy ,don’t cooperate with this b@lsh##t organisation. I hope some day they will give service for customers, not only taking money

Once our turn came, the lady who attended us barely knew anything and had to ask her other colleagues about the requirements for a polish visa. And to top it all they only take cash in everything. Also if you are paying for the visa fee, take dollars with you. They work with different currencies which is a pain in the....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived on the first day. After the Ukrainian visa department gave me the bank payment information, she did not ask me whether I needed an expedited visa or a regular visa. People from the Ukrainian visa department told me that this payment is not an expedited fee. I have to go to the bank to pay again. After payment, it was already 16:40 in the afternoon when I returned to the visa center. The staff in the Ukrainian department proudly told me that she was leaving get off work and asked me to make another appointment. Brought me a lot of trouble virtually

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They confirmed the date of my meeting and I came from Gaziantep on time and spent money for flying. After all, I found out that they were closed due to the Republic holiday and they did not send any notification to update me about this. Shame on them very bad organisation

They took the documents killed a month of my time and returned them with a refusal. After a while, I learned that the country I requested has not yet opened its borders.
