It was built in the first quarter of the 18th century by Nevşehirli Damat İbrahim Pasha in order to generate income for the Kulliye in Nevşehir. The building has no inscription. It has no decoration other than the birdhouses on its walls. It has been constructed from two-storey cut stone with two courtyards. The entrance to the inn was provided from the eastern front and right next to the Urgancılar Bazaar located in the Grand Bazaar.
