We ordered parts from the Raufbey branch of Vestel authorized service for the bottom cover of the refrigerator. The cover came, but the glass shelf bar did not come. Although the money was paid in advance, they did not bring the product, there is no interest, they blame us no, sir, they say you just ordered this, then they agreed, they said the piece is on the way. It has been a few weeks, they didn't come, they ruined us, never to buy vestel again.. . i've never been dissatisfied
