They did not even want to come because they could not find the address, they did not come, they said we would come to you the next day, they did not come all day long, our air conditioner was broken, I said we were sitting in the cold, they did not come in 3 days, we did not find the address, they called the other service, they said, I would never use vestel product again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vestel marka buzdolabını sıfır aldık, ürün üretim hatalı çıktı. Kurban bayramından önce aldığımız ürünü üstünden bir ay geçmiş olmasına rağmen hala kullanamadık. İlk günden arızalı ürünü değiştirmeleri gerekirken, "ürünü problemsiz teslim aldım" diye evde çocuğa imzalatıp gitmişler. Zorlama bir tamir etme sevdası yüzünden, bir aydır hala yeni ürünün gelmesini bekliyorum.
We bought the Vestel branded refrigerator to zero, and the production was incorrect. We still could not use the product we bought before the Eid al-Adha, although a month has passed since. While they had to replace the defective product on the first day, they left the child at home saying "I received the product without any problem". I have been waiting for the new product to arrive for a month, due to a passion for repairs.
