★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vestelle olu diyorlar ya. Gerçekten olmayacak şey vestelle oluyor. 2 yıllık buzdolabı bu yaz sıcağında 1 ayda ard arda aynı hatayı verdi. Aynı parçayı yine değiştirelim diyorlar. Değişim dediğimde Manisa merkezden "siz yeterince problem yaşamadınız. biraz daha problem yaşayın ondan sonra düşünürüz" diyorlar. Vestel aldığım güne duyduğum pişmanlığı hiçbirşey ifade edemez. Kesinlikle Vestel ürünlerini tavsiye etmiyorum.
They say to be Vestelle. Something that will not really happen is happening with Vestelle. The 2-year-old refrigerator gave the same error in a row for 1 month in the heat of this summer. They say to replace the same part again. When I say change, they say from the Manisa center, "You did not have enough problems. Have some more problems, then we will think about it" Nothing can express the regret I felt for the day I bought Vestel. I definitely do not recommend Vestel products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel olarak vestelin kullandığı GPS logistic firmasından dolaylı ürünlerin bayiiye ve bize ulaşması biraz uzun sürdü ama burada Kaya Soğutma'nın bir suçu yok. Klimamı takmak için gelen kurulum elemanları oldukça işlerine hakim ve nazik kişilerdi.
In general, it took a long time for indirect products from the GPS logistics company used by Vestel to reach the dealer and us, but Kaya Cooling is not at fault here. The installers who came to install my air conditioner were very competent and kind people.
