M	Mehmet SÖĞÜT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arkadaşlar 20 gün önce tarafıma ait olan tv arızalandı...Bende Elazığ/Kovancılar Şubesi Vestel yetkili servis ile görüştüm ve benden parça ücreti için para talep edildi....Bende bu parayı gönderdim ve 1 hafta parça gelecek diye bekledim.....Parça firmanın elinde olmadığından yerine yeni bir tv geleceğini bildirdiler ve ücreti tamamlamamı istediler....Gerekli olan miktarıda verdikten sonra 10 gün daha bekletildim ve tarafıma gelecek olan tv'nin ellerinde bulunmadığını, bir üst modelinin geleceğini söyediler...Buna karşılık olarak yine para talebinde bulundular...Bende bu durumdan sıkıldığımdan ödemiş olduğum paramın iadesini istedim.... Bana dedilerki; iptali gerçekleştirirseniz ana paranızdan ücret kesilecek ve kalan miktar gönderilcek....Sanki tamirci arkadaşlar eve gelmiş, tv'yi almış götürüp açmış, tamiratı için çabalamış gibi düşündüler.... Kanun derki; "Hizmet karşılığını bulmamış hallerde tüketiciden para talep edilemez." Eğer böyle bir durumla karşılaşırsanız gerekli olan merciilere şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.... Yetkili bayideki arkadaşlara şikayette bulunacağımı bildirdim ve koskoca firmanın böyle bir ücret almadığını saadece kendileri biliyomuş gbi; "Normalde böyle bişey yapmıyoruz ama paranızı eksiksiz olarak göndereceğiz" dediler....
