Kaydımı aldılar güler yüzle karşılıyorlar. Ama bir türlü servis evimize gelemedi. Ürünün garanti süresi dolmuş olmasına rağmen herkesin memnun olduğu bu kurumsal firmayı tercih ettim. Ama maalesef olmadı.
DÜZELTME VE GÜNCELLEME: Servis yetkilisi geç olmakla birlikte evimize geldi. Kısa bir sürede gerekli onarım yapıldı. Servis görevlisi profesyonel, dürüst. Alınan ücret çok uygun. Teşekkür ediyorum efendim.
1 week ago, I applied here because my Hotpoint Ariston branded washing machine broke down. I called once on the phone and went in person twice. Regarding customer service. They took my registration and greeted me with a smile. But somehow the service could not come to our house. Although the warranty period of the product has expired, I chose this corporate company, which everyone is satisfied with. But unfortunately it didn't.
FIX AND UPDATE: The service representative came to our house, although it was late. Necessary repairs were made in a short time. The service man is professional, honest. The fee charged is very reasonable. Thank you sir.
