★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anne ve babam yaşlı ve hasta. Klimaları arızalanmıştı. Servisi aradım ve servis bize bir saat vermedi ne zaman gelecekleri konusunda. Ben erken gelmelerini rica ettim ama gelmediler. En az 5 kez aradım. Akşam üzeri saat 4 de ancak geldiler. Hiç memnun kalmadım. Bir daha da vestel ürün almayı düşünmüyoruz.
My parents are old and sick. Air conditioners had failed. I called the service and the service didn't give us an hour about when they would arrive. I asked them to come early but they didn't. I've called at least 5 times. They came only at 4 o'clock in the evening. I am not satisfied at all. We do not intend to buy any more vestel products.
