They took money for a double product from me and gave a single product, maybe they sold the other product to someone else, you can't tell anyone your troubles, I blamed them on how many people I know from now on, and I still continue to vilify them because they are always right, we are wrong.

THE REFRIGERATOR I RECEIVED CANNOT DELIVERED TO MY SHOW, EVEN IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THE REFRIGERATOR DIDN'T COME DESPITE THE INFORMATION THAT IT WILL BE COMING AT THIS TIME. WE ARE WAITING FOR 2 DAYS. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VESTEL PRODUCT SHOPPING IN MY LIFE. I DEFINITELY DON'T THINK ABOUT IT.

My dishwasher came to my house because of a water leak failure, the service said nothing, 60 TL service fee. On the 6th day, the water leaked again, we called the service again, the shipping fee was 40 TL. TL was not paid due to the same fault, we called, what is the service fee taken when they came before is not refunded NOTE THE DEVICE IS GUARANTEED UNTIL 2023 I would have it done by an outside company if you are going to make a charge I do not recommend you to buy a Vestel brand product and use the Service

The hdmi input of my television failed. I called the service and thank goodness they came the next day and installed a new part and the problem was fixed. The friends who came behaved in accordance with the rules. Thank you VESTEL
