In this heat, they waited for 6 days for the air conditioner failure. They did not inform that they would not come. They are irresponsible and disrespectful. I definitely do not recommend.

The air conditioner we just bought for 22 days is faulty and they don't give back, I never but never recommend Vestel, definitely stay away from this hot weather, they put us in this situation, shame on you, like you.
