Bu mağazanın sahibinin esnaflığında, ticari anlayışında gördüğüm güven ve müşterilerine karşı olan halden anlama özelliği ,mağaza çalışanlarının güleryüzü ve içtenliği, ikna kabiliyetleri çok yüksek olduğu için hep bu mağazadan alışverişimi Yaparım.Lakin Vestel markasına olan güvenim ve tercihim artık kalmadı. Beş yıldız mağaza için verdim ama Vestel artık tek yıldızı bile hak etmiyor. Çünkü Vestel marka olarak olaya hep ticari kazanç olarak bakıyor,ama bu mağaza ticari amaç değil tamamen Müşteri memnuniyeti ve karşılıklı güven duygusu ile müşteri kazanıyor. I wish they would have sold products of other companies in this store instead of Vestel. I always do my shopping from this store because the trust and understanding of the attitude towards the customers, the smiling face and sincerity of the store employees and their persuasion skills are very high, which I see in the tradesman and commercial understanding of the owner of this store. However, I no longer trust and prefer the Vestel brand. I gave five stars for the store, but Vestel doesn't deserve even one star anymore. Because as a Vestel brand, it always looks at the event as a commercial gain, but this store is not for commercial purposes, it is completely customer satisfaction and gains customers with a sense of mutual trust.
