Evde tamiri mümkün olmayınca atölyede bakılması lâzım dediler ve bana da mağdur olmamam için ne yapıp edip geçici olarak baska bir buzdolabı temin ettiler. Ürünümü de tamir edip sorunsuz teslim ettiler. Teknik servis son derece özverili ve çalışkan. Mağaza yetkilileri güler yüzlü ve çok ilgili. Yalnız söylemeden edemeyeceğim. Evdeki tüm ürünlerim Vestel. Hepsinden çok memnunum ama buzdolabından istediğim verimi alamıyorum. Tasarımla alakalı bir durummuş. Dip taraflara koyduğum yiyecekler donuyor. Alttan buzluklu dolap alacakların dikkatine sunuyorum.
The refrigerator's alarm never went off. When it was not possible to repair it at home, they said that it should be looked at in the workshop and they provided me with another refrigerator temporarily so that I would not be a victim. They repaired my product and delivered it without any problems. The technical service is extremely dedicated and hardworking. Store officials are smiling and very interested. I just can't help but say. All my products at home are Vestel. I am very satisfied with all of them, but I cannot get the efficiency I want from the refrigerator. It's a design thing. The food I put on the bottom side freezes. I present it to the attention of those who will buy a bottom freezer.
