★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 14/01/2021 günü Murat Dolu Vestel yetkili servisi aradım.Evdeki iki eski klimamın bakımı için.Klimam 16 yıllık diğeri 11 yıllık.Ve hiç bir şey yok dediler.Klimam koku yapıyor ve ısıtmıyor.Sökülüp temizlenmesi gerekiyor.Klimamın bakır borusunun bandı güneşten erimiş.Motoru damda.Değiştirmek zor değil.Klimamı takanlar hiç boruyu damdan monte etmekte zorlanmadı.Onu da yapmadılar.Bir şey olmaz dediler.80 tl servis parası alıp o parayı bilgiye işlemediler.Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım.Sistem de yok dediler.Yani dolandırıldım
 On 14/01/2021, I called Murat Dolu Vestel authorized service. For the maintenance of my two old air conditioners in the house. My air conditioner is 16 years old and the other 11 years old. And they said nothing. The engine is on the roof. It is not difficult to replace it. Those who installed my air conditioner never had trouble assembling the pipe from the roof. They did not do it either. They said nothing would happen. They took 80 TL service fee and did not process that money. I called the customer service.
