★ ★ ★ ★ ★ keski uçlu matkapla sözde hortum deliği açtılar. Duvarı çok fazla kırdılar mahfettiler. Alçı ile kapatmalarını istedim kabul etmediler. Yanlarında tahliye hortumu getirmemişler balkonun ortasında kaldı tahliye hortumu. Kendim yapsam daha düzgün yapardım.
they made a so-called hose hole with a chisel-tip drill. They broke the wall too much and ruined it. I asked them to cover it with plaster, they did not accept. They did not bring a drain hose with them, the drain hose remained in the middle of the balcony. If I did it myself, I would do it more properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yerli malı diye Vestel almayın. Parça için neredeyse 1 hafta bekledim. Bir daha Vestel mi asla. Serviste yedek parça stok yönetimini iyi yapamıyor. Önce parça var dediler ücreti aldılar sonra yanlış olmuş dediler 6 gün bekledim. Manisadan Denizli ye 5 günde geldi.
Do not buy Vestel because it is a domestic product. I waited almost a week for the part. Will it never be Vestel again? Spare parts stock management is not good at the service. First they said there is a part, they took the fee, then they said it was wrong, I waited 6 days. It came from Manisa to Denizli in 5 days.
