★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis personeli gerçekten çözüm odaklı çalışıyor. Evimizde ki bütün eşyalarımız Vestel bu güne kadar hiç bir servis sıkıntı yaşamadık. Şikayet olarak yazmıyorum şu an ama düzeltilmesi gereken bir konudan bahsedeceğim. Çağrı merkezinin verdiği randevu ile servisin geliş saati birbirini tutmuyor. Bunun düzeltmesi gerekir. Ama servise 10 üzerinden puanım 10.
Service personnel work really solution-oriented. All of our belongings in our house, Vestel, we have not had any service problems until today. I am not writing as a complaint right now, but I will talk about an issue that needs to be fixed. The appointment given by the call center and the arrival time of the service do not match. This should fix it. But my score for the service is 10 out of 10.
