★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C.tesi günü öğlen saatlerinde aradım. Servis kaydımda arızalanan cihazımla ilgili aldığım tarih ve garanti bilgilerini paylaştılar. 3 saat sonra eve gelip cihazı baktılar. 18 yıllık bir fırın olduğu için arızalanan resistans elerinde yoktu. P.tesi bilgi vereceklerini söylediler.
 I called at noon on Saturday. They shared the date and warranty information I received about my malfunctioning device in my service record. They came home 3 hours later and checked the device. Since it is an 18-year-old furnace, it did not have a faulty resistor. They said they would give information on Monday.
