İlk aldığım hale döndü. Kullanıcı adı ve şifresi istiyor. Müşteri hizmetlerini aradım ve temsilci şubeye gitmemi istedi ama ücretli olduğu söyledi. Gittim ve 75 tl fakat Koü öğrencilerine özel 50 tl dedi. Yazılım atılacakmış ve içindeki dosyalarım silinecekmiş. Eğer brn bilgisayarı aldığım zaman bunu belirtselerdi ben zaten bilgilerimi yedeklerdim.
My vestel v tab 1041 tablet computer, which Kocaeli University and Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality gave to students with insufficient financial status, got locked after 1 year. It's back to how I first got it. It asks for username and password. I called customer service and the representative asked me to go to the branch, but he said it was paid. I went and he said 75 TL, but 50 TL for Koü students. The software would be discarded and my files inside would be deleted. If they had stated this when I bought the brn computer, I would have already backed up my information.
