Kullandığı malzemeler en sağlıksızı. Yaptığı inşaatlarda arsa sahipleriyle davalık oluyor. Bizde arsa sahibiyiz davalığız. Sakın sözlerine inanmayın, bizi kandırdı sizi kandırmasın(söylediklerimin hepsini kanıtlarım). Kazan dairesi olan apartmanlarda petek takmak zorunda ama takmadan iskan alındı. Projenin dışına çıkılmasından dolayı şuan iskan durduruldu.
