My room what I booked wasn’t available. Few hairs about. Good for price though out of season

This was a horrible experience from the beginning. The gentleman checking us in was so rude, especially since he was wanting to charge us extra even after we paid online at Expedia.com. I showed them my reservation, the room type I paid for, and how many guests it was for, but he didn’t acknowledge any of it (it was an email confirmation from Expedia!!). I also showed him how I was charged already for the room type via credit card statement, but wouldn’t give us our room that we paid for like a pull out sofa bed. The front desk person m said there are no sofa beds as of now and no one to set up from housekeeping, but wanted to charge us for an extra person which makes no sense at all! When we asked to speak to the manger, he kept saying “he is sleeping” after calling him on the phone (twice) and said “we can go somewhere else with a refund”. That we did! This was a terrible, terrible experience, especially since it was late night and we paid for a room we didn’t get, and no manager was available to help out. Please double check your reservations & what you are paying for! They are not organized at all, like the parking is a messy, they give you one key total, doesn’t matter how many people you have staying in the room (you need that key for your room amenities to work like lights and AC). This hotel isn’t worth the hassle or ruining your trip for, go somewhere else where it is nicer and cheaper!

Extra star because guest relations manager contacted me after original review, super helpful and kind. Thanks for that! Staff was incredible rude, we had to wait 40 minutes at the hotel restaurant before choosing to leave even though there was only another table, food here is overpriced and not good. They didn’t clean the room. Needs AC in the corridors. Location is not good. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the really really nice gentleman at the lobby (morning shift), other than him all staff was despicable.

Good comments - beautiful hotel, nice big pool (but water is freezing) clean, really nice large rooms with kitchenette and living space. However no pans are provided so you cant use the stove. Was given a free room upgrade too with 2nd floor and balcony. Food from restaurant menu is delicious and cheap. Bad comments - no bottled water provided in rooms apart from 1st day - even asked reception for water and the receptionist told us to buy it from the market which is 10 minutes away. Same limited buffet breakfast every single day, had to pay extra if we want fried eggs or omelette however scrambled eggs are included in the buffet. We stayed for 9 days here and was sick of the breakfast by the 4th day in. Booked a transfer from airport with the hotel via email about a week before we arrived. They said that's fine and took my flight details and ensured we would be collected from the airport. They told me it would cost 150 lira (even though the airport is only 11 minutes away, 9km) however I agreed as I didnt have any other options at the time. Upon our arrival the driver had forgot to collect us and we had to get a random taxi driver to call our hotel and find out where our driver was. We waited over 30 minutes for the guy to come, in what looked like his pyjamas. Majority of staff do not know how to speak English at all. It is very difficult to communicate with them. You can just about ask them to call you a taxi. I asked them some questions about what restaurants or hamams are good nearby but they were unable to help. Just ended up googling it all. Only 1 guy in reception has good english, don't know his name though. The Restaurant staff only tend to the needs of the owner and his family, they wait for them on hand and foot however paying customers can't even get a glass of water or a menu without asking for it. Location is in the middle of nowhere, out the way from the main city centre and any Restaurants or shops. You have to travel about 10 minutes by car to Lara which has the nearest restaurants/shops. There is a migros supermarket about a 10 minute walk away if you need some essentials. To get to old town kaleici it takes 25 - 30 mins - cost us about 120 - 150 lira one way. The hotel is advertised as a beachfront Hotel however it is a 30 minute walk away (as per Google maps) but they do offer a free ride from the hotel which takes 5-7 minutes. Closest beach for this hotel is Larena beach. Dont be fooled by the pictures and adverts as they are thoroughly misleading. I visit antalya annually and the lack of service here was the worst. Its not even peak period in November, the hotel has been quiet throughout our whole stay. Although the room is a nice place to sleep, good service goes the extra mile. Seems like you can only recieve good service if you are related to the owner. If you're only staying for a couple of nights, it may be satisfactory but don't make the mistake of staying here for more than 3 nights as you will be better off staying in city centre or in a resort on lara beach.

I m stay here for more then 4 weeks. The Apartments are big and everything you need is in. The Breakfast is very good and the they serving food till 10pm. The Staff and the Management are very helpfull. It's closed to the Airport but no Neiße are bother you. I fall in love with that Hotel. Sure we will come back.

Well managed clean quiet. Good on site restaurant. Hardworking and helpful staff. Situated in an area with very few shops and one good restaurant so feels a bit remote. Free shuttle to beach is fine, a long walk across dual carriage way. Shuttle back is not well organised, we just got taxis back as there is a button and they come in 2 minutes. Beach has very loud music and no food just drinks and nuts, but you can walk along a bit and find more peaceful spots if you prefer. One issue I wish all hotels and restaurants would act on is DITCH THE PLASTIC STRAWS!!! Paper ones available! Too much plastic in these industries.
