★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri hizmetlerinde yetersizler. Bir önceki gün kasada verilen fiyatı bedenini değiştirmek istediğimizde ertesi gün indirim tarihi bitmediği halde daha yüksek fiyatla söylediler. Kendi yaptıkları hatayı tezgahtara yüklediler. Aynı markalı ürünlerin hepsi %45 indirimin içerisindeydi. Tek bir ürün araya karışmış olsa diğer ürünler neden oradaydı? Tezgahtar o gün verdikleri fiyatı da kendisi değil kasada okutturarak söylemişti. Sistemde girilmiş olan fiyatın yerine bize daha yüksek bir fiyat söylediler. Amaçları müşteri memnuniyeti değil.
 Inadequate customer service. The next day when we wanted to change the body of the price given at the checkout the next day, even though the discount date was higher than they said. They loaded the mistake they made into the counter. All of the same branded products had a 45% discount. If one product was mixed, why were the other products there? The clerk told the price they gave that day, not the cash register. Instead of the price entered in the system, they told us a higher price. Their goal is not customer satisfaction.
