Tam 1 hafta urunu gonderdik diye bizi oyalayip sonradan urunu tamir edioecek firmaya gondermeyi unuttuklatini soylediler. Uzerinden gecen diger 1 haftanin ardindan urunumuzun akibetini sordugumuzda yolladiklarini ama tamir yerine varip varmadigini bilmediklerini soylediler. Anlasilacagi uzere musterileri ve sorunlu urunleri ile ilgili son derece ilgisiz, pervasiz ve lakayit bir tutumlari var. Musterileri olup olmamak sizin takdiriniz.
The product that we satinal, then became defective after a while. We've informed them, they came and sent them for repair. Full 1 week we sent out the product because we sent the company to repair the product later said they forgot to send. Over the next one week after the last one of our products when we ask what they sent but they did not know if they came to the repair place. Understandably, they have a very unrelated, unyielding and loyal attitude about their customers and their problematic products. It's your discretion whether or not they have a customer.
