One of the most beautiful and livable sites of Mardin. The houses are large and spacious, the buildings have double elevators. Balconies are quite large and useful. There are green areas, camellias and playgrounds in the garden.

Komşuluk ilişikleri iyi. Herkes birbirini tanıyor. Tek dez avantaj kamelyada ki gece sohbetleri... sabah erken uyanıyoruz ve erken yatıyoruz. Gürültü oluyor.. bunun haricinde mardin şartlarında en iyi yaşanılabilir bir konut...
I've been living here for 4 years. The houses are beautiful and well planned. The surrounding site sat within the site, brought it to a certain level and became beautiful, and the roads belonging to the municipality are still under construction. Neighborhood relations are good. Everyone knows each other. The only disadvantage is the night chats in the camellia... we wake up early in the morning and go to bed early. There is noise.. other than that, it is the best livable residence in mardin conditions...
