★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çocuklarla çok keyifli bir kayak tatili geçirdik, hotel bölge olarak hem çok sakin, hem de her yere ideal konumda. Hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların sıcaklığı, ilgisi ender görülecek nitelikte. Hijyen ve yemek konusunda da hiçbir eksik görmedik. Fiyat kalite performansı açısından bölgenin en yeni hoteli olduğunu da düşünürsek rakipsiz diyebiliriz. Tüm ekibe değerli çabaları için teşekkürler.
 We had a very enjoyable ski holiday with the children, the hotel is both very quiet and ideally located for the region. The quality of service and the warmth of the employees are rare. We did not see any shortcomings in terms of hygiene and food. Considering that it is the newest hotel in the region in terms of price-quality performance, we can say that it is unrivaled. Thanks to the whole team for their valuable efforts.

Des pistes de ski juste en face avec moniteur pour apprendre à skier si nécessaire. personnel très attentionné, les repas variés et petit déjeuner très riche. Seul point qui mérite une attention particulière est le fait que les cabines des deux ascenseurs ne sont pas chauffés. Dommage
The location is excellent. Ski slopes right in front with instructor to learn to ski if necessary. very attentive staff, varied meals and a very rich breakfast. The only point that deserves special attention is the fact that the cabins of the two elevators are not heated. Pity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 gece ailemle konakladım. Bir çok otelde kaldım fakat bu kadar pis bir otel ile 2. defa karşılaştım. İlk odamız çok kirli olduğu için oda değişimi talep ettik başka bir oda verdiler oda aynı şekilde pislik içindeydi odayı tekrar temizletip öyle girdik. Yatak yorgan kıl ve tüy içerisinde yerler,dolaplarlarda aynı şekilde. Otelin genel anlamda restoran dahil temizlik sorunu var sorunu var. Yemekler lezettsiz ve çeşit az.Kayak yapmayı bilmiyorsanız yada yeni öğreneceksiniz zorluk yaşarsınız otel kayak merkezinin liftlerine uzak konumda kayak merkezinden otele gelip gitmek için 30 TL taksi ücreti ödemeniz gerekir.
I stayed with my family for 4 nights. I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the second time I have encountered such a filthy hotel. Since our first room was very dirty, we requested a room change, they gave another room, the room was filthy in the same way, we cleaned the room again and entered that way. Bed quilts are covered in hair and fluff, in the same way as in the cupboards. In general, the hotel has a cleaning problem, including the restaurant. The food is not delicious and the variety is less. If you do not know how to ski or you will have difficulty in learning how to ski, the hotel is far from the lifts of the ski center. You have to pay a taxi fee of 30 TL to go to the hotel from the ski center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the service here. Nice rooms, delicious food. Live music during dinner time. Highly recommended. For guests of Ve Hotels Palandonen there is a discount on the rental of excellent ski equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel and rooms are very well maintained with great service by staff! The food and beverages are also of a high standard - try Erzurum's speciality the Cağ kebab mmm. The hotel also has its own rental place which is convenient as it can get really busy in the ski resort rental places. However, a note of caution - the hotel is on a high point in the mountains (which appealed to me as I wanted some peace and quiet), but for those who may want to experience the hustle and bustle of a ski resort with close access to a market, this hotel may not be ideal. You will also have to take a taxi up from the main ski resort (if you didn't book the VIP shuttle) or will need to ski up to reach the hotel. But all in all, a very good hotel to stay at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel within the ski resort. Friendly staff, clean hotel with good food. The hotel is high up in the mountain, away from the busy area. They have affordable ski equipments for rent that are of good quality and well maintained. This is the place to go if you are looking for a place to learn to ski. They have professional ski trainers available.
