Bir tane ev konusunda (çimkent sitesinde bir daire) anlaşmaya vardık (Bu arada kesinlikle ev sahibiyle beni iletişime geçirmiyordu). Ertesi gün ben depozito gönderecektim ama ismi Ali olan sorumlu, göndermememi söyledi, anlaşmayı ev sahibi bozdu dedi. Takiben ben ev aramaya devam ettim, başka emlakçılarla da temasa geçtim. Bu emlakçılardan biriyle yine ev gezmeye başladık, tesadüfen daha önce Vav Emlak'la anlaştığım eve de gittik. Ev sahibine niye anlaşmayı bozduğunu sorduğumuzda anladık ki Emlakçı bizimle anlaştığı fiyattan 5000₺ daha az söylemiş ev sahibine bu yüzden bozulmuş. Nihayetinde biz yine o evle anlaştık hem de ilk anlaştığımız fiyattan, yani ben ucuz atlattım. Siz de aman dikkat edin.
