★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new mouse and it came broken. I told Vatan Kuşadası to please fix my mouse or give me a new one. They 'fixed it' and returned it to me but there was no change. I brought it to them again and said "You didn't solve my problem." and they said "Your mouse works perfectly." No, it doesn't. They don't solve your problems.

I almost bought a TV that was 1/3 cheaper online (same model and specs) but they wouldn't budge on pricing for a willing customer already in store ...
