★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've got a TV from them recently and they offered me an additional 3 years guaranty for that, The TV(Grundig) had a very bad quality and software issues so I returned the product but they don't give me back the money I paid(around 600 Turkish Lira) for the guaranty, it's ridiculous.
