I go here for all my electronic needs. From phones to computers to TV to kitchen appliances. Excellent warranty service and handeling. Staff are friendly and helpful, plus some are bilingual, but a little more training for some of them on the equipment they sell would be adviced.

Good shop, but dont like the way the staff jump on you as soon as you walk in and follow you around the shop. Should leave you alone and when you want something you would ask for help. VERY OF PUTTING

I can usually find here everything technological that I need. The staff is attentive and helpful but won't bother you as you browse which is one of my pet peeves. From ear phones to home appliances, gaming consoles to mobile phones they have everything you might click, tap, tinker with and type on. It's very central, right on the highway very near Alanyum. The prices are reasonable, they offer payment plans and installments on a good majority of their products. Home delivery available. They have a technical service unit, offer extra warranty packages for any product you purchase and can help you build a computer piece by piece with all your desired specs and hardware available.

Just back from a visit to Vatan Store in Alanya, TV Section. I bought all of my electronic products there up to now! I bought a large Samsung TV, Soundbar and Woofer in the store last year and was enquiring about adding additional speakers or woofers to improve the sound. One of the sales assistants said it was not possible and I asked him to explain why not. I asked him to check with his colleagues. Two other assistants joined him and were sneering and laughing in Turkish as I tried to explain what I needed. I said that as Samsung have included three Inputs on the Soundbar surely you could add additional components. One assistant said Samsung were stupid and did not know what they were doing !! Samsung are only one of the largest electronics manufacturers in the world ! After further sneering and laughing about me I left the store seething with anger as to how I was treated because I was a foreigner. I will not be shopping there in the future if I can source the product elsewhere. Sean Ryan.

Best pc shop, very good prices, warranty cases without any issues. And very good english speaking personnel. I buy a lot of devices there often, the shop is 15 mins from Kestel.
