It is an unnecessarily expensive fashion house that has proved its failure by making my engagement two sizes big and 20 cm long, which I carefully selected to wear in one of the most important days of my life. I went here for the first time to try the dress on the glittery photos I saw on the internet and on social media, and because I liked the dress very much, I ordered it, although it was expensive and exceeded my budget. I stated that I did not live in Ankara, but you do not need to come to the rehearsal, we even sent a wedding dress to Ağrı, I trust them for making the product according to you, taking a detailed video and sending it to you, and I ordered it a month and a half before my engagement. Although I ordered this early, the video was not sent a week before the engagement, I called themselves several times and your dress was left with very little action left. When I asked about the dress in panic last week, I came across the comments, "Let's give your money back to you, buy a dress elsewhere." Even though they did not give a discount of 50 TL, I liked and bought the dress, and although they did not send videos for a month and a half, I did not give up, but on my special day, I saw that the dress was never prepared for me. Chest, waist, sling and height had to be completely distorted. After all, I think that because they delayed sending videos, we understand that the dress was never actually sewn for me, a ready-made dress in their aisles was sent to me, and the tailoring process remained for us. I definitely do not recommend it because I think it is very nice to have a nice design with this dress, and I think they do not have any professional behavior towards the customer with their rough comments and I think that this infamy should be known by everyone. I do not believe that they deserve the money they earn. I will try to legally seek my rights through Consumer Rights, so as not to deal with them.

I made an appointment without going outside of the city, I went and they said we looked at the wrong time, they said we don't have a time, I do not recommend it.
