 There is a terrible customer service department, even for a subscriber number, I was kept waiting for 20 minutes and on top of that, I couldn't find out my own 12-digit subscriber number with our own money, it's a really tragic funny situation :)) You are seriously disgraceful.. it's a shame..

For God's sake, does anyone supervise this institution? I bought the subscription on Thursday. It's been 2 days, and it's Friday and they still haven't opened it. We can't enter the toilet. I can't take ablution. I call at 11:30, they don't answer the phone. God bless you as He knows.

It has relevant employees, but it is a busy institution. I always hear about disruptions in their services.
I guess I'm under the impression that they are not good at telephone and foreign service. (Newly moved, newly met)

unfortunately even 1 point is too much.. people give their money's worth. everyone is a victim.. even if there are good employees, things will run smoothly. it's that simple....
